Nice spacious room, presence of a desk, good facilities, excellent and friendly staff.
Location beath descendance route airplanes, though few planes during the night, they start early, so you need some ear plugs if you like to sleep with the window open.

The staff was very friendly, despite the fact that I woke them two consecutive nights after 00h00 to come into the hotel (forgot the door code!). The rooms are basic, but super clean and spacious and have everything you need. This hotel is any budget travelers dream.
The Hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but near enough transport nodes to get you where you want to be.

Spotless hotel, ideal for concert arenas and city centre. Close to tramstop. Nice room decor, comfortable chairs, and big table. Helpful English-speaking receptionist. Off-street parking, great staff, great price. Convenient location for exploring the area. Manager gave helpful advice.

The couple who run this hotel are delightful and so willing to help with any question about touring Toulouse or the surrounds.
Probably would be good to have clear some clear instructions on how to get to the city by bus or metro already written on a sheet of paper with timetables, bus numbers etc

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with information, direcions etc. Rooms were basic but comfortable and had most amenities inc. flat screen TV. Generally nice homely feel to the place. Very good value for money.
It's a bit out of the way - about 5 to 10 minute walk to Metro and 4 stops from centre.

The prices are reasonable for what you get. The rooms are comfortable with very comfortable beds and good lighting. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who speaks English. The location is in a calm part of the city but not too far from the center. One detail that stood out to me was the attention to detail. The rooms are nicely decorated and have enough electrical outlets for all your devices. Another great detail is the presence of AC in the rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the warmer months.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

A good location with onsite car parking. A clean and comfortable hotel located close to a Metro. The staff were helpful and spoke English. An excellent value.
As an option-breakfast was available but it was poor as it consisted of items served on a tray. It is overpriced and represented poor value.

The location of the hotel was great, and it put me in close proximity to some of the main attractions in the area. The staff was accommodating and approachable, making sure that all of my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.
The amenities in the room were quite outdated, and the furnishings were in poor condition in some areas. The air conditioning was non-existent, and it made sleeping at night almost impossible due to the high temperatures. The breakfast spread was quite minimal, and there were no options available for those with dietary restrictions. my experience wasn't terrible, but it left a lot to be desired.
